Customers who submit Logo's, designs, artwork, files or any material ("the design") to be processed and sold by Shirt Tech Industries, LLC., ("ShirtTech.com"), understand and assert that anything submitted for printing is their legal intellectual property and they own full rights to the use of the design. The design is not licensed to any third parties, does not infringe upon patents or trademark or any other usage rights. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold ShirtTech.com harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, expenses, damages, reasonable attorneys fee's from the violation of this agreement or any intelectual property violations. ShirtTech.com will only print designs we find appropriate, if at ShirtTech.com's discretion we find a design unprintable, we will contact you and refund your money.  

By submitting a design/logo ("the design"), you grant ShirtTech.com the non-exclusive right to use, display, print, sell, distribute your company t-shirt or related product without obligation or warranty. You may REMOVE your design at any time, contact ShirtTech.com and request product removal.

100% return policy- If your custom printed product is damaged in any way, send it back and we will replace it. You have 15 days from the time you receive your product to send it back for replacement if it contains any material defect. Returns must be unwashed and unused in any way to qualify for replacement. Because of the nature of personalized products we are unable to give refunds or exchanges for different sizes. Customers are responsible for return delivery charges, you must request an RMA number from ShirtTech.com
